The French couple were very nice.
There were 3 of us and the room we got was very small and the shower had little water pressure, and room was dimly lit. The towels were like sandpaper.

Really friendly and helpful staff! The location is just amazing. 5 min walking to the center, 5 min to one of the most beautiful beaches around búzios!

An absolutely stunning location on the beach front. Quiet and romantic but within 15 mins walk of the bustling centre of Buzios Pousada L'escale sits above their restaurant, so breakfast is taken overlooking the bay. The restaurant is open for lunches and evening meals. Chef, Frances produces gorgeous meals which are all home made. We were made welcome right from the start. Will go back and would recommend.

Sylvia and Francis were very welcoming and helpful. The place was kept very clean. The restaurant meals, cooked by Francis are excellent.
No variety in the breakfast--same daily. Towels sparse and like cardboard. VERY basic rooms-not very comfortable. The owners close up and are gone for several hours most every afternoon, so not available if you need them.
